Construction
The system is based on plug-in panel modules which are installed in a 19”
sub- rack. The sub-rack is then wired to provide the system required for the
specific application. Primary power to the system is switchable between
110/120 V AC or 220/240 V AC. The same power is also supplied to the burner
control units for control of the air and gas solenoids via relay contacts and
for the semiconductor output to the ignition transformer. The power supply
module generates the 24 V DC control logic voltage.

for earthed or non-earthed networks. Mean switching cycle dependent on
power factor cosign approx. 1 x 106.
